Overview

The Cooldown Tome boosts your character's Attack Speed, a global stat that reduces the time between attacks for all weapons. This makes projectile weapons fire faster and melee weapons swing more rapidly, directly increasing your damage output and on-hit effect triggers.

According to v1.0.7 community documentation, Tome upgrades stack additively with each level providing the same percentage increase. Different rarity tiers apply multipliers (Common baseline, with Uncommon at 1.2×, Rare at 1.4×, Epic at 1.6×, and Legendary at 2.0×) to the base +7.5% per level value.
