Dicehead thrives on XP and Luck to accelerate upgrades. The early minutes are fragile — play safe and secure sustain. Your Dice deals 1–6 damage and every 6 roll permanently increases Dice's Crit Chance. Once stable, add Damage and Quantity to detonate dense waves and bosses.
Greedy scaling — kite safely, farm XP, then detonate
Medium — weak early, overwhelming late
Mid to Late Game — after core tomes & Dice levels
Long clears, bossing after scale, high-XP maps
Pick in this order; stop at 3–4 weapons to avoid dilution
Signature weapon. Deals 1–6; rolling a 6 permanently increases Dice's Crit Chance. Unlock by reaching Luck Tome Lv.12 in one run.
Reliable single-target DPS for elites and bosses while Dice ramps.
Chain-clears waves and fills downtime between Dice spikes. Great for safe kiting.
Crowd control to clump enemies for bigger Dice bursts. Pick when offered; not mandatory.
Fuel your snowball — favor tomes over too many weapons
Increases XP gain so you level more often and reach power spikes sooner.
Improves reward quality/rarity and positive outcomes—indirectly speeds up growth.
Multiply everything once the engine is online—essential for boss melts.
More instances/projectiles for bigger spikes and coverage.
If the lobby is punishing, grab Shield/Health/Armor tomes to reach mid game.
Stabilize first, then amplify damage
Boosts HP regeneration to survive early chip damage.
+20% Lifesteal and allows overheal up to 75% of Max HP; huge sustain.
Increases Luck by +10%; synergizes with Dicehead’s scaling plan.
+8% Attack Speed (unlocked by leveling Cooldown Tome to Lv.5); smooths uptime.
+10% Damage. Universal DPS boost; great once you’re stable.
Gain gold when taking damage. Helps economy—not a defensive layer.
Minute-by-minute priorities to reach late-game power
Goals: pick Dice ASAP, then stabilize. Grab XP and Luck whenever offered. If pressured, take Medkit / Chonkplate or Revolver for breathing room. Keep moving and farm safe XP orbs.
Add Revolver or Lightning Staff as support. Keep stacking XP and Luck. Start investing in Damage once Dice begins to pop. Only take extra weapons if a support slot is clearly useful.
Shift toward Damage and Quantity tomes. Add Clover when available. Maintain 3–4 total weapons to avoid diluting upgrades. Bosses should start melting.
Continue multiplying with Damage/Quantity; sprinkle defensive tomes if needed. Consider Black Hole for clumping. You're entering one-shot territory on dense packs.
Max out remaining tomes and round out items. Focus elites/bosses with Revolver while Dice detonates waves.
Use these when priorities don’t appear
| Category | Primary Choice | Alternatives |
|---|---|---|
| Core Weapon | Dice (mandatory) | No direct substitute |
| Secondary | Revolver | Lightning Staff, Black Hole |
| XP/Luck | XP Tome + Luck Tome | Silver/Golden Tomes for economy |
| Safety | Medkit + Chonkplate | Shield/Health/Armor Tomes |
| Damage | Damage Tome + Quantity Tome | Precision (Crit), Size (Area) depending on lobby |
Too many weapons splits your upgrades. Stop at 3–4 so Dice and key tomes power up faster.
Grab Medkit/Chonkplate if you’re getting chipped. Dead runs don’t scale.
Dice needs frequent level-ups and quality choices. Delay heavy Damage until your engine starts turning.
Moderately. Early minutes are fragile; once you learn to stabilize, the late-game payoff is huge.
After securing XP + Luck and a stable secondary weapon. If you’re comfortable, start Damage as soon as Dice shows momentum.
Not mandatory for Dicehead. Consider Gym Sauce for a universal +10% Damage boost once stable.
