Strategy: The Leeching Crystal is an item that only appears in the RNG pool. Play on Forest Tier 1 where survivability is easy, stack as much Luck (Luck Tome) as possible, and banish other items to force the crystals into your loot pool.
Monke
Hidden ObjectiveUnlock Requirement
Locate the hidden Banana in the Forest map, then find and destroy Monke's cage.
Strategy: Wander off the beaten path in Forest Tier 1 until you spot the cage. Then wander until you locate a giant yellow banana. Pick it up and carry it back to the cage to release him.
Calcium (Skeleton)

Kill a total of 1,000 Skeleton enemies globally across all runs.

Chaos Tome
Insane ChallengeUnlock Requirement
In a Tier 3 run, fully charge all Shrines across all 3 stages without ever leaving the Shrine aura or getting knocked out of it.
Strategy: The hardest challenge in Megabonk. If a boss pushes you out of the blue circle by a single pixel, you must restart the entire mode. Use heavily defensive builds with knockback resistance.
Hero Sword
Purist RunUnlock Requirement
Defeat any Stage Boss without picking up dropped items, treasure chests, or Shrine buffs.
Strategy: You are allowed to pick up XP gems and choose level-up options. However, you cannot interact with shrines or pick up items on the floor (like the Wrench or Turbo Socks). It is a test of pure macro scaling.
Holy Book
Legendary DefenseUnlock Requirement
Defeat a Stage 1 boss without taking a single tick of damage.
Strategy: Go to Forest Tier 1. Activate the Fragile difficulty modifier in the menu before you start (which instantly kills you if damaged). Build pure long-range damage and move cautiously.

To unlock Kevin, you must collect exactly three 'Leeching Crystals' within a single run. The best way to achieve this is on Forest Tier 1 by banishing unrelated items to force the RNG to drop the blue-rarity crystals.
The Chaos Tome requires you to fully charge all Shrines across all three stages of a Tier 3 run. You must not step out of the Shrine's aura at any point while it charges, and you cannot be knocked out of the zone by enemy attacks.
You must defeat a Stage Boss in any run without collecting a single dropped item, power-up chest, or Shrine buff. You are only allowed to accept the standard upgrade choices gained from leveling up via XP pickups.
You must defeat a first-stage boss without taking any damage during the entire run. We highly recommend activating the 'Fragile' modifier when attempting this to quickly restart if you get hit.
